ME AT COLLEGE! Seriously - WHAT AM I DOING HERE!? Round 2 - not happening. I wish that someone would just invent a way for me to be smart in like less than a minute, that way I wouldn't STRUGGLE at the EASIEST THINGS! I am being the biggest baby right now, and I don't even care! I have three options 1. I tough it out 2. I get married, soon. 3. I drop out, and find a job that I really don't want to be doing more than college. Option 1 and 2 are sounding the best, Anyone know of a boy that needs a wife?? :) ... but seriously.

I thought I would write my top 10 reasons why MELISSA is my homegirl, and mostly why I love that we are best friends.

1. There has NEVER been a time when we were together that we didn't Laugh.

2. we became friends through two of the greatest things there are sports and MUSIC.

3. There is never any pretending, I like her and she likes me, because we are whowe are.

4. She always helps me be a better person.

5. I never have to wonder if she will follow through, she always does.

6. All of our sayings and inside jokes are funnnny.

7. our 200 mile separation, didn't hurt our friendship.

The Littles on a Golf Cart

The other day, I decided to take my best friends on a gold cart ride one night. Cooper, the little stud, so kindly shared his glow sticks with all of us since it was a night ride! We had quite the party on that ride! It was kind of our last thing (except for the frazil's we got today) till when I come back for Christmas break! What babes!

p.s. notice how Saylor and I are twins, not planned. That is just what happens when you are b.f. status.

News

Two big events that happened to me this week.

1. I got my MOTORCYCLE license. Finally.

2. I cut my hair. Short. (ish)

Decision....

Which one to get? I am debating between these two iPod's. I think there are about equal Pro's and Con's to each.. SO I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE TO GET!!!! ... Let me know what you think, because I want to order one, SOON!

Shooting Starsting

Tonight was seriously so fun. After a long day of working I went to dinner with Aloo and Melissa, which is tradition to do before going off to school. We definitely had a good laugh or two, and took some not so cute pictures, here is one of the lovers...

Later, after the Chukars game of course, Shelby, Seth and I went star gazing to watch the meteor shower. I loved that! We saw quite a few shooting stars and had some good laughs and conversing. It was a tiny bit creepy, with the wind blowing and when other random cars would show up and leave, but all in all a good time. The best part was that our heads were sticking out of the back under the back door thing, we had about a foot of space to pop through, because there was a small piece laying down. Hard to explain really, priceless to see. It was a perfect view though, even though we re-situated the car like five times to find it, it turned out being so much fun!

We attempted to take a couple of pictures, as you can see, it was unsuccessful. Yet so funny at the same time!

So in the past week or so, I have done some dang fun things!

I went to a Chukars game, which I do all the time, - but this one was extra fun because Heath and his family were there, and Aunt Jan and Uncle Brad and Annie came! AND Grandmpa Dot came with us and it was so much fun, and I think this picture of most of the group is quite cute!

On Sunday, Hil and Jord were here and after dinner we played out side with the puppies. I gave up earlier than everyone else and then dad came in about a half hour later, carrying Mimi in his apron. It was SO cute! She is like a little stuffed animal, and then they both took a nap. While Mimi stayed in her carrying case.

Yesterday the Tingey's took me boating with them, SO FUN! I love being on the lake. (Thank you again, by the way!)... As this picture shows, I actually got up and stayed up wakeboarding, the picture doesn't show for how long though, that really is just unneeded information :)

Right as we were leaving, a sweet storm started! This is a pic I got of some Lightning, clearly my camera is not cut out for fast photography!

Tonight, I went to the Miss Idaho Pageant. I sat next to Whitney, so naturally.. we took a picture! Ali Christensen won in the end. Well deserved, she did fabulous!

Lastly, after the pageant, I came home and went Hot Tubbing with Lauren, Shelby and Megan. Meg was being ridiculous, and hiding in the pics, but she is there I guess! Nothing like a good hot tub session to end the night. Oh and shortly after this was taken, the clock struck Midnight and it was/(is now) Remi and Lauren's 12th and 19th Birthdays! Yay, Happy Birthday :)

So Funny

Seriously, this is one of the best stories I have heard in a long time. Tonight at the baseball game, my cousin told us this. The other day the kids were out somewhere (I feel like she said swimming?) anyway, the mom asked the little boy (6) to take the little girl (4) to the bathroom. He agreed. When the got back the mom said, which did you take her to, boys or girls? He naturally responded BOYS! Then he proceeded to say, but the only toilets they had were to ones on the wall. The mom asked what he did. He replied ... I just lifted her up and let her go in one of those ... . HAHAHA seriously. Priceless. I would have died and then had to steralize my little girls bum after I had awaken. KIDS!

Do you want to know what's crazy? THIS (picture below) is how I feel after I play tetris! Tired eyes, sweating because of all my hard work... Yet loving it SO much at the same time.

Lately I've been addicted to this little game. I am love love loving it. AND it's kind of a waste of time. Even though I realize that... I don't want to kick the addiction. I've been playing it a ton lately with my best friends.... MOM! So much fun, especially since I absolutely adore her. Still though, I'm hopeless. To make things worse, the other day.. I found out that we own a copy of the game for xBox. I haven't played regualre xBox in a long time. Normally Chase and I rock the 360, however the regular is bomdiggity, when it is hosting a game of tetris.

 

Oh, and a SMALL side note - other wise I'd end up with a three page vent - ARE YOU KIDDING ME JILL!!! If you haven't seen it - watch the Bachelorette Finale, and die.

Pazookies and Goodbyes

It has been tradition this summer for us (us being our group of friends) to do Pazookies before someone leaves on their mission. We started with Clark, then we had one for Brian and two nights ago was Spencer's. Spencer's was getting real small, since everyone is gone! Even though it was small, we still had a good time. It is going to be crazy now, because as of tomorrow, we are down to one. Goodbye and Good luck SPENCER!

PUT ON YOUR LIPS!

When I was in High School, my mom rarely let me out of the house if I didn't have lips on. Which really means, I wasn't wearing either lip gloss or lip stick. This drove me nuts. Sometimes I could come up stairs, having my makeup fully done, and my mom would ask why I wasn't wearing any makeup, instead of getting angry (over time) I learned, hello Ali, just go put on some lipstick! I think it is safe to say at that time, nothing could have made me more crazy. Now I'm proud (or not so proud) to say, I've become addicted!!! My mom has officially rubbed off on me, and now I won't leave if I haven't put on my lips! Kind of ridiculous, but I'm practically obsessed with lipstick.We went to Utah on Tuesday, and my makeup purchases consisted of only ONE eyeshadow, and the rest was lipstick, lipliner, or lipgloss. That is just silly. I do need to note my lipgloss of choice as for right now. The Tingey's introduced me to it on the trip. It is called Buxom lipgloss, by Bare Escentuals. Loving it. Go ahead and buy some if you have the chance. You'll fall in love.

Here is one picture from the trip (We went to the American Idol Concert.. I know right!!) I wish I had more, but my camera BROKE!! I'm hoping to extract some of the pictures. If I can do that, there will be a great American Idol post to come, because the concert was Uh-Mazing!!!!

Bike Rides and Thunder Storms

Lauren got back yesterday. I got to see her today, and I loved it. Without a shout of a doubt, I can say that Lauren is one of my very very very favorite people. If you are looking for an example of a great friend - consider checking her out. We decided to go on a bike ride. That was dang fun, I haven't been on a good bike ride in a while. On our way back to her house though, we rode extra fast because a storm was a bruin'! It was a tiny bit scary, but way cool. When we got back we hopped in my car and drove to an open area where we could watch it to its full potential. There was constant thunder and lighting and the sky was lit up. It was extra neat when it was behind the storm clouds, because the sky just lit up when the clouds dissipated the light. I loved it. We had a good chat to. Good to catch up. It made for a great end to a great Sunday. And the storm - just one more reason to love Idaho.
